of the Water Department Fund weekly compensation of $139.00 be
paid Richard J. Wiener, while he is temporarily totally disabled
by reason of injuries he received on August 15, 1975, while employed
by the Water Department and that $27.00 in final settlement, to and
including August 19, 1975, is now due and payable.
