ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER,
WHEREAS, an assessment in the amount of $252.87 was levied against property
described as: Except the West 22 feet, Lot 6; the West 10 feet of Lot 4; and all
of Lot 5, Block 3, Wifelberg Hills, as shown on file in the Department of Finance
and Management Services - Reference 17611, and
WHEREAS, said assessment was paid in full by Arthur R. and Marvel D. Strobel,
108 W. Hyacinth Avenue as evidenced by Receipt No. U28, dated July 25, 1975, and
WHEREAS, it has now been determined that the proper assessment against the above
indicated property should have been $105.36 rather than the aforementioned $252.87.
NOWO THEREFORE,, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Director of the Department of Finance
and Management Services be directed to issue a refund in the amount of $147.51, being
the amount of overpayment, to
