ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER,
That the proper City officials are hereby authorized and directed to execute
on behalf of the City of St. Paul , a Cooperate Construction Agreement with the
Regents of the University of Minnesota (a copy of which is attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference) providing for University of Minnesota partici-
pation in the financing of City Projects S-460AI S-460151 , S-46062, S-4600,
S-460E1-E2, and S-460D1-D2, storm sewer projects which will partially serve
University property. As a result of this agreement, the City will receive
$960,000 for this construction which will be credited to the P. I .R. Fund.
* An additional $310,000.00 is receivable for this project from the University of
Minnesota subject to approval by the Minnesota State Legislature.
