ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER
ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER, That the Agreement between the City of Saint Paul and
the Inner City Youth League (ICYL) pertaining to the Model Cities funded project
entitled "Youth Communication Program", dated the fourth day of March, 1975, for
the period December 30, 1974 through June 30, 1975, as approved by Administrative
Order D-1882, be and is hereby amended so as to provide that the time for com-
pletion is extended to September 30, 1975, and that the age level for participants
is hereby lowered from 14 to 12 years of age, provided that there is no increase
In the approved budget. The Model Cities Coordinator is directed to notify the
agency of this extension of time and modification of age limitation.
