and directed to execute an Agreement between the St. Paul Association
of Building Owners and Managers, Inc. and the City of Saint Paul for
the former' s assistance in the conducting of a study regarding a new
steam facility for the City of Saint Paul, subject to the terms and
conditions of said Agreement, a copy of which is to be kept on file
in the Department of Finance and Management Services.
