ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER, that pursuant to the Award of the Minnesota
Industrial Commission, dated June 3, 1975, Barbara Duffy, widow
of Earl A. Duffy, an employee of the St. Paul Municipal Court,
who died from an occupational disease on June 10, 1973, be paid
from the Workmen' s Compensation Account of the General Fund,
the sum of $8, 500.00; be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that out of the aforesaid compensation, 25% or
$2,125.00 be deducted and paid directly to Robins, Davis and Lyons,
attorneys for said Barbara Duffy, in full satisfaction of legal
services rendered and the remaining balance of the aforesaid
compensation, $6, 375.00, be paid directly to said Barbara Duffy
in one lump sum without interest deduction; and be it
FINALLY RESOLVED, that Administrative Order D-1778, dated January
169 1975, be rescinded in its entirety.
