ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER
ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER, That the Department of Community Services is hereby authorized
and directed to notify Toltz, King, Duvall, Anderson and Associates, Inc. that pursuant
to an agreement between the City of St. Paul and Toltz, King, Duvall, Anderson and
Associates, Inc. Council File 4244909, the latter may proceed to furnish architectural
and engineering services necessary for the preparation of plans and specifications
covering work to be done under Job 475-35, "Installation and Changes of Partitions,
Screen Guards, and Fencing at County Workhouse." All costs under this job number are to
be covered by registered bill to the Community Corrections Department, County of
Ramsey, in accordance with attached letter from Mr. Troje to Mr. Erickson.
