That the Director of the Department of Public Works is hereby authorized and directed
to prepare plans, obtain surveys , prepare estimates and investigate the necessity
to reconstruct the sidewalk at the following locations and do all other work which
is necessary and incidental to complete said improvement. ,
North side COMO AVE. from Western Ave. to B.N. Railroad Bridge
CATHEDRAL PARK (Fuller's Sub. of Blk. 87, Dayton & Irvines Add.) from Kellogg Blvd.
to Summit Ave.
The Director of Finance and Management Services is hereby directed to prepare a
preliminary order and schedule a public hearing.
