ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER
ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER, That the proper City officers are hereby authorized
to execute Agreement between the City of Saint Paul and Phoenix, Inc. ,
which Agreement provides that Phoenix, Inc. , shall construct, operate and
maintain a Solid Waste Transfer Station on City-owned property located on
DeCourcy Drive in the vicinity of Midway Stadium, and further providing
that the City will be paid as rent for such site on the basis of 50� per
ton of solid waste received at the transfer station; and further providing
that the City- may deliver solid waste collected by the City or by persons
under contract with the City at the rate of $9.44 per ton in the event that
the total tonnage received at the site is not more than 175,000 tons;
$8. 72 per ton if the annual total does not exceed 225,000 tons, and $8.49
•per ton if the annual total exceeds 225,000 tons.
