ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER, That the proper city officials are hereby
authorized and directed to execute an agreement
between the City of Saint Paul and the occupants
of the mobile home at the Firefighting Training Center
for the rental fee of $1.00 a month to the City with
the requirement that they act as watchmen of the
property and contact the police department upon
observing intruders at the facility. A copy of
said contract is to remain on file in the Department
of Finance and Management Services.
