ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER,
That the Director of the Department of Public Works is hereby authorized and directed
to prepare plans, obtain surveys , prepare estimates and investigate the necessity to
construct/reconstruct the sidewalks at the following locations and do all other
work which is necessary and incidental to complete said improvement.
East side of MONTCALM PLACE abutting Lot 6 of Fulton's Sub. also known as 546
Montcalm Place.
Both sides of BAYARD AVE. from Albert St. to Pascal St.
South side of WATSON AVE. from Macalester St. to the east 401+ (1636 Watson only)
South side of RANDOLPH AVE. from Mount Curve Blvd. to Mississippi River Blvd.
East side of HAMLINE AVE. from Highland Pkwy. to the north aprox. 50'+
North side of FORD PKWY. from Macalester St. to the east 160'+ (Messiah Episcopal
Church)
• East side of HOWELL ST. from Saunders Ave. to Beechwood Ave.
West side HOWELL ST. from Beechwood Ave. to Bohland Ave.
Both sides of ITASCA AVE. from Return Ct. to Cleveland Ave.
