ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER
ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER, That the proper City officers are authorized and
directed to execute on behalf of the City of Saint Paul a Utilities
Agreement with Lowry Medical Center Associates, which Utilities Agree-
ment is executed pursuant to the terms of the Lease-Purchase Option
Agreement between the City and the Lowry Medical Center Associates, and
providing that the City will sell and provide steam, hot water, cold
water, and electricity to that portion of the Lowry Medical Arts which
the City is now leasing.
