ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER,
The Director of the Department of Public Works is instructed to
investigate the necessity of improving MISSISSIPPI STREET from
Cayuga Street to Case Avenue, including the bridge over the
Burlington-Northern railroad bridge.
He is authorized to obtain surveys, prepare preliminary plans,
make cost estimates, meet with residents, and make a report along
with recommendations to the office of the Mayor.
