ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER,
The Department of Finance and Management Services, acting through its
authorized director, is hereby directed to hire, retain, and employ
Mr. E. V. Dolan and Mr. Joseph Bettendorf, real estate appraisers, for
the purpose of appraising the property to be acquired from the Chicago,
Milwaukee, St. Paul & Pacific Railroad Company for the Warner Road
Improvement as described and on file in the Bureau of Valuations and in-
corporated herein by reference, for estimated compensation in the amount
of $7,000, and in accordance with the terms and conditions of the appraisal
assignment being more fully set forth on the document designated as
Appraisal Assignment Nos. 164A and 164B, on file in the Department of Finance
and Management Services of the City of St. Paul.
FUNDING: $7,000 to be paid from PIR Fund 60000-745-000,
(L-7815), to be reimbursed from 1974 County Aid.
