as Sewer in SMITH AVENUE - 200 feet southwest to Sherman Street
known as Contract L- 7733 , City Project No.74-S-1530. Alexander Construction Company, Inc
Contractor, is composed of the following:
Backfill material hauled in because excavated material was found
to be unsuitable for trench backfill.
Class 4 sand-gravel in place per ton -
139.34 tons @ $5.50 = $766.37
ORDERED, That the City of Saint Paul, through its Mayor, approves the foregoing additions made in ac-
cordance with the specifications in the sum of $ 766.37 said amount to be added to the lump sum con-
sideration named in the contract, known as contract L-7733 , and which amount is to be financed from:
