ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER, That the proper City officials are hereby authorized to
execute, on behalf of the City of St. Paul , an agreement (a copy of which is at-
tached hereto and incorporated herein by reference) between the City and the Soils
Exploration Company whereby both parties agree to extend their agreement dated
December 27, 1973, authorized by Administrative Order No. D-965 providing for soil
testing services during 1974, to allow the City to acquire these services as needed
for the design of City projects until April 15, 1975. The cost of these services
will be the same as agreed upon for 1974 and will be billed directly against the
project.
