ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER, That in accordance with authorization received from the
Minnesota Commissioner of Highways, the speed limit on the described city street
be changed as follows:
35 miles per hour on Wabasha St. between Kellogg Blvd. and 600 feet south of Plato Blvd.
and to authorize the City of St. Paul to revise the existing speed zones in accordance
with the findings of the Commissioner of Highways.
