ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER,
WHEREAS, The City of Saint Paul may find it desirable and necessary during
the calendar year of 1975 to request and obtain Engineering and Technical ser-
vices from the Commissioner of Highways of the State of Minnesota; now, therefore,
be it
HEREBY ORDERED, That pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 161 .39, the
Director of the Department of Public Works, for and on behalf of the City of
Saint Paul , is hereby authorized to request and obtain from the Minnesota De-
partment of Highways, needed Engineering and Technical Services during the
calendar year 1975, for which payment will be made by the City upon receipt of
verified claims from the Commissioner of Highways; and be it
FURTHER ORDERED, That the total cost for services rendered hereunder shall
not exceed the sum of $30,000.00, and said costs shall , in all cases, be ac-
counted for and charged against the related and specific projects for which the
services are rendered.
