out of the Workmen' s Compensation Account of the General Fund in
full settlement of his claim against the City of Saint Paul for
compensation resulting from his injury of December 13 , 1974,
while employed by the Department of Fire and Safety Services,
whereby he suffered a 5/ permanent partial disability tb his back;
that of said sum, $1 ,750.00 is now due and payable.
