proper city officials to deduct the estimated sum of $2200 from the
Rental Subsidy Fund; said charge being for use of the Civic Center
Arena for the annual Mayor' s Children' s Christmas Party on December 7,
19741 and said subsidy having been approved by the Civic Center Authority
by its resolution No. 993.
