ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER,
In the matter of improving streets and alleys in the WEST MIDWAY NDP (City Project
P-0627) .
Construct concrete curb and gutter where necessary, driveways and sidewalks where
necessary, an ornamental lighting system, landscape boulevards and do all other
work necessary and incidental to said improvement on the following streets:
HAMPDEN AVE. - Raymond Ave. to Hersey St.
LONG AVE. - Raymond Ave. to Ellis Ave.
ENDICOTT ST. - Bradford St. to Hersey St.
ELLIS AVE. - Raymond Ave. to Seal St.
SEAL ST. - Territorial Rd. to Long Ave.
BRADFORD ST. - Hampden Ave. to Endicott St.
Also, grade and surface that portion of the alley in Blk. 83 St. Anthony Park, lying
SEIy of the SEIy line of Lot 23 in said Blk. 83.
Also grade and surface the proposed alley in Lot 11 Hewitts Outlots First Division.
Also, in the matter of condemning and taking an easement in the land necessary for
• the slopes, cuts and fills, including right of removal of lateral support from
subject land or remainder thereof, occasioned by excavations thereof or construction
of slopes in the grading and surfacing of that portion of the alley in Blk. 83,
St. Anthony Park lying SEIy of the SEIy line of Lot 23 in said Lot 83.
Also, in the matter of condemning and taking an easement in the land necessary for
the slopes, cuts and fills, including right of removal of lateral support from
subject land or remainder thereof, occasioned by excavations thereof or construction
of slopes in the grading and surfacing of the proposed alley in Lot 11 Hewitts
Outlots First Division.
The Department of Finance is hereby directed to bring this matter before the Council
for public hearing.
