ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER, that Emmett Roach be paid the sum of $7,875-00
out of the Workmen' s Compensation Account of the General Fund in
full settlement of his claim against the City of Saint Paul for
compensation resulting from his injury of June 7, 1974, while
employed by the Department of Fire and Safety Services, whereby
he suffered a 221 permanent partial disability to his back;
that of said sum, $7,875.00 is now due and payable.
