authorized and directed to execute an agreement between the
City and Northwestern Bell Telephone Company for the latter' s
furnishing of tie lines to the Department of Police and the
Department of Fire and Safety Services for 1975; subject to
the terms and conditions of said agreement, a copy of which
is to be kept on file in the Department of Finance and
Management Services.
