WHEREAS, Arthur M. Jackson d/b/a Jackson Decorating Company of Lakeville,
Minnesota has filed a Contract Performance Bond No. 354750 in the amount of
$3,435.90, and
WHEREAS, The Contract between the City of St. Paul and Jackson Decorating
Company is now complete and satisfactory, and
WHEREAS, The Jackson Decorating Company paid to the City of St. Paul the
sum of $3,435.90 which was deposited to Fund 50060, now therefore, be it
ORDERED, That the City of St. Paul pay to the Jackson Decorating Company
the sum of $3,435.90 and charge this amount to Fund 50060-482-000.
