ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER, that Elmer Spiegelberg be paid the sum of
$10, 500.00 out of the Workmen' s Compensation Account of the
General Fund in full settlement of his claim againstthe City
of Saint Paul for compensation resulting from his injury of
January 28, 1973, while employed by the Bureau of Police,
whereby he suffered a 30% permanent partial disability to his
back; that of said sum, $10,500.00 is now due and payable.
