ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER, That the proper city officials be authorized
and directed to execute an Agreement between Minnesota Systems
Reseaech, Inc. , and the City of Saint Paul, where the former
will provide services to develop and to assist in the imple-
mentation of an assessment system for Maternal and Infant
Care Project; the cost of said services shall not exceed
$24,000 and shall be paid from Account #33233.
