ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER,
The removal of the public stairway located on the east side of the
northerly end of the EARL STREET BRIDGE No. 90420 (north of the Burlington
Northern Inc. right-of-way) is hereby approved.
The Director of Public Works is instructedto dismantle and remove
said stairway and to provide and maintain an adequate barricade at the bridge
railing to prevent further public travel on the said stairway and to protect
the public from injury.
