ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER, That the proper City officers are authorized and
directed to execute on behalf of the City of Saint Paul a Consulting-
Accounting Agreement between the City and Elmer Fox & Company, auth-
orizing the audit of two specified Model Cities Projects (Resident
Training Program - University of Minnesota and Local Development
Corporation Project) by the said company to comply with the Model Cities
regulations prescribed by HUD pertaining thereto, and the costs not
to exceed $5,500.00 incurred by this Agreement to be charged to Model
Cities Administration Fund No. 30200.
