execute on behalf of the. City an Agreement for Professional Services
whereby Optimum Systems Incorporated will identify for the City
modifications to the Geminus-Logis System pertaining to the areasof
utility billing, payroll and accounting, budgeting, personnel and
administrative services, as more particularly set forth in said
Agreement, at a sum of $5,000.00, under the direction of the City' s
Director of Finance and Management Services, to be charged to Fund
No. 01100-269-000 (1975)
