ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER,:
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, That the proper City officers are authorized
and directed to execute, on behalf of the City of Saint Paul, Manpower
Planning (Comprehensive Employment Training Act of 1973 - CETA) Subgrant
Agreement with the Minnesota Department of Employment Services to perform
services under the direction of the City' s Director of Manpower, com-
mencing October 1, 1974 through September 30, 1975, (unless the termina-
tion period should be extended by written addendum to Agreement) ;
estimated total financing for this Subgrant Agreement to be financed
with CETA funds in the amount of $149,481.00, and providing that the City
shall issue quarterly allocations specifying the amount of CETA funds
• that the City shall obligate and allocate to the Subgrant Program on a
quarterly basis, the quarterly Subgrant obligation form to be approved
by the Manpower Director and the Director of the Department of Finance
and Management Services (certifying as to the availability of CETA funds),
to be charged to Fund No. a s 3
