to execute an agreement between the City of Saint Paul and
the State of Minnesota, Department of Natural Resources,
providing a grant to the City for $46, 160, to assist in the
construction of' the Wheelock Bicycle Trail Development Project,
said project being a 1974 Capitol Improvement Budget Project.
Funds received from the State of Minnesota to be deposited to:
