ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER, That the proper City officials are hereby authorized
and directed to execute, on behalf of the City of Saint Paul , an agreement
(a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference)
between the City and the State of Minnesota, Department of Highways, providing
for City design and construction of projects for the City of Saint Paul 1974
Traffic Signal Program. The State will share the expenses for this program.
The State's share, estimated at $96,460, will be charged to PIR Fund 60000,
for which the City will receive reimbursement from the State at the end of the
construction season. Exact expenses will be determined at the time of the award of
the contract.
