authorized and directed to execute an agreement between the
City of Saint Paul and Bruce Watson whereby the latter will
perform carbon monoxide studies for the City Planning Department
subject to the terms and conditions set forth in said agreement,
a copy of which is on file in the Department of Finance and
Management Services, to be paid from Fund 00140-269-000.
