authorized and directed to execute an Agreement between
the City of Saint Paul and the Minnesota Vikings covering
rental of the Municipal Stadium from August 30, 1974 and
terminating December 31, 1974; subject to such terms and
conditions as are set forth in the Agreement, a copy of
which is on file in the Department of Finance and Management
Services.
