ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER, That the Superintendent of Parks and Recreation
is hereby authorized to exercise his discretion in the
interpretation of project specifications for the Crosby Farm
Park Picnic Pavilion and Shelter-Restroom as these specifications
relate to the following:
1. Special Conditions, Section 9, Liquidated Damages:
to amend the specifications to delete the sum of Two
Hundred Dollars ($200.00) per diem and insert in lieu
thereof the sum of Twenty-Five Dollars ($25.00) .
2. Special Conditions, Section 34, Flood Danger: to clarify
the specifications such that "damage which may occur to
his work due to flooding" shall exclude the normal
cleanup operations which follow a period of flooding,
said cleanup operations to be performed by the Division
of Parks and Recreation if flooding should occur.
