ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER, In the matter of improving CURT I CE STREET from Woodbury
Street to Andrew Street, City Project No. M-0550 as follows:
Remove the limestone block retaining wall , regrade and surface the road bed with
bituminous material to a width of 28 feet, construct concrete curb and gutter on
the south side, reconstruct stormwater drainage facilities, reconstruct a sanitary
sewer, relocate a fence and backstop for Belvidere Playground, landscape and do
all other work necessary and incidental to said improvement.
Also, construct sewer and water service connections.
Also, acquire easements in the lands as necessary for slopes, cuts and fills,
including right of removal of lateral support from subject lands or remainder
thereof, occasioned by excavations thereof or construction of slopes in the
improving of CURTICE STREET from Woodbury Street to Andrew Street.
The report of the Department of Public Works, dated July 25, 1974, is hereby
approved.
The Department of Finance and Management Services is authorized to schedule this
project for a public hearing before the City Council .
