ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER, That the proper City officials are hereby authorized and
directed to execute, on behalf of the City of St. Paul , Supplemental Agreement
No. 1 (a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference)
between the City and the State of Minnesota, Department of Highways, by which
Highway Lighting Maintenance Agreement No. 1234 dated April 5, 1967, entered into
by and between the State of Minnesota, Department of Highways, and the City is
revised to permit the State to replace the mercury vapor lighting fixtures with
high pressure sodium fixtures. No construction, engineering, or inspection costs
are incurred by the City as a result of this agreement.
