ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER, that the Purchasing Agent is authorized to purchase without
advertisement or competitive bids the following for the Department of Public Works -
Division of Maintenance Services from AMERICAN PIPE SERVICES, 8800 Highway 7, Minneapolis,
Minnesota:
Emergency T.V. inspection of 6,556 feet of sewer lines $3,180.00
The streets in the area of the sewers are scheduled to be re paved in the later part of
the swmmer. There are some sections requiring T.V. viewing for possible dig-ups and
repair prior to the re-paving.
American Pipe Services is the only company in the area that can perform these services
immediately and this inspection work must be done immediately and prior to the re-paving.
American Pipe Services will enter into contract and post a performance bond and proof of
insurance as is required.
