ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER,
The Department of Finance & Management Services acting through
its authorized Director is hereby directed to hire, retain and employ Mr.
Robert Tansey and Mr. Thomas Delaney, Real Estate Appraisers, for the
purpose of appraising real property to be acquired for the improvement of
Dale Street between University Avenue and Sherburne Avenue, as more fully
described and on file in the Bureau of Valuations and incorporated herein
by reference, for estimated compensation in the amount of $400.00 each,
and in accordance with the terms and conditions of the appraisal assignment
being more fully set forth on documents designated as Appraisal Assignment
Numbers 159-A and 159-B, on file in the Department of Finance and Management
Services of the City of St. Paul.
Funding: $800.00 to be paid from PIR Fund Code 60000,
to be reimbursed from 1973 M.S.A. Funds.
