ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER, That the proper city officials are hereby
authorized and directed to execute an agreement between the
City of Saint Paul and James Stokes d/b/a Jim Stokes and
Associates of Minneapolis, Minnesota whereby the latter will
perform public relations work on behalf of the city' s Health
Department in the promotion of various disease prevention
programs, subject to the terms and conditions as set forth
in the Agreement, a copy of which is on file in the Department
of Finance and Management Services.
