ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER
ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER,
That, the Department of Finance & Management Services is hereby authorized and
directed to take all the necessary action to complete the acquisition of the follow-
ing described land for the expansion of Prosperity Recreation Center:
The East Eighty (80) feet of the South One Hundred Fifty (150) feet of Lot Six
(6) and the West Sixty (60) feet of the South One Hundred Fifty (150) feet of Lot
Seven (7) Block Four (4) Dawson's Acre Lots.
The Department of Finance and Management Services is further directed in
connection with the acquisition thereof to update the appraisals of subject lands
dated Sept. 14, 1972, which were obtained pursuant to Administrative Order No. D-145
dated September 6, 1972, and further, to negotiate with the owners fir the purchase
of their property.
The Estimated cost to acquire these parcels of land is $ 94,080.00 and detailed
as follows:
Estimated Acquisition cost $72,355.00
Estimated Relocation costs 21,725.00
$94,080.00
• Ordered, that the payments in connection with the above particulars be charged to
the Permanent Improvement Revolving Fund No. 60000-501-000 (L-7559) , and to be
reimbursed from Fund 93772-460-013 and Fund No. 93073-460-019.
