ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER
ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER,
That the Director of the Department of Public Works is hereby authorized and
directed to prepare plans, obtain surveys, prepare estimates and investigate the
necessity to construct and reconstruct the sidewalk on the west side of N.
LEXINGTON PKWY. from the center line of Burgess St. extended west to Northern
Pacific Overpass and the east side of N. LEXINGTON PKWY. from Stinson St. to
the Northern Pacific Overpass. Part of the order, the walk on the east side
of Lexington Pkwy. from Orchard to the overpass will be integral curb and walk.
Also do all other work which is necessary and incidental to complete said
improvement.
The Director of Finance Department and Management Services is hereby directed
to prepare the preliminary order and schedule this matter for public hearing.
