ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER, That the proper city officials are hereby
authorized and directed to execute an agreement between the
Port Authority of the City of Saint Paul and the City of Saint
Paul whereby the City will remove dead and diseased Elm Trees
from Port Authority property at a schedule cf charges which are
made a part of such agreement, file copy of said agreement to
be filed with the Department of Finance and Management Services.
