ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER,
WHEREAS, a Building Permit was issued to Paster Enterprises,
2227 University Avenue, for renovation of existing shops located in the Sibley
Shopping Center, for which Sewer Availability Charges have been collected in
the amount of $825.00, as evidenced by Department of Finance and Management
Services Receipt No. A 186 dated July 6, 1973 and
WHEREAS, said renovation should have been accompanied by a Demolition
Permit so as to provide an offset of credits vs. charges to the developer; and
WHEREAS, Paster Enterprises have now secured a Demolition Permit to
provide continuity of the necessary paper work in this regard, per Application
G-9927, Permit D 162081, dated November 20, 1973;
In view of the foregoing, the Director of Finance and Management
Services is directed to prepare a Miscellaneous Claim and refund $825.00
previously collected for Sewer Service Availability Charges to Paster Enter-
prises, 2227 University Avenue, St. Paul, Minnesota 55114, and to further
report said refund to the Metropolitan Sewer Board for proper recordation.
