ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER, In connection with the 1973 Alley Grading Contract 73 G-2001 ,
Block 2, Birmingham 2nd Addition, Kennard-Flandrau-York-Sims , Contract L-7636, a garage
became undermined and was in a hazardous condition.
On November 8, 1973, the Mayor signed Administration Order M-38 which authorized
the immediate demolition, hauling away and disposal of the structure.
The Department of Public Works performed this work on November 9, 1973 and
incurred costs of $588.00, it is therefore;
Ordered, that the cost of $588.00 be charged to contract L-7636 and this
amount be financed from the 1973 Public Improvement Aid Fund, code 09050-465.
