ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER, That the proper City officers are authorized to enter
into a Lease Agreement on behalf of the City of Saint Paul so as to lease
the office space at 540 Concordia Avenue in the City of Saint Paul for a
term of eight (8) months beginning on the lst day of November, 1973, and
terminating June 30, 1974, with an option of the City to renew for three
additional one-year terms, at a monthly rental of $175.00, and whereby the
City will agree to pay utility expenses, except water, and said building
to be used by the Health Department for part of the Model Cities Health
Program, the leased space containing approximately 1 ,288 sq. ft. , a copy
of the Lease being attached hereto, said cost to be charged to Special
Projects Account 33246, Model Cities Health Program.
