ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER, that the proper City officials are hereby authorized and
directed to execute on behalf of the City of Saint Paul , an agreement (a copy of
which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference) between the City
and the State of Minnesota, Department of Highways, providing for State construc-
tion and subsequent City maintenance and operation of street lighting units on
Trunk Highway 94 at Earl Street and Johnson Parkway. No construction, engineering,
or inspection costs are incurred by the City as a result of this agreement.
