authorized to trade two female elk calves for four emu chicks
(sex undetermined) with the Memphis, Tennessee Zoo. The cost
of transporting the elks to Memphis to be assumed by the Memphis
Zoo and the cost of transporting emu chicks to be charged against
the Zoo Animal Fund No. 33140.
