ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER

ADMINISTRATII!VE ORDER, In the matter of that certain contract known as Contract
No. L-7628 for the Grading and Paving of BURNS-SUBURBAN AVENUE from White Bear Avenue
to Ruth Street, City Project No. 73-P-0+95, Alexander Construction Company, Inc. ,
Contractor, the specified date of completion is July 31, 1973, and for reasons beyond
the Contractor's control he was not able to complete the contract by said date of
completion, it is hereby
ORDERED, That the City of Saint Paul, through its Mayor, extends the time of completion
to November 1, 1973, provided however, that this Order shall have no force or effect
unless the sureties on the Contractor's bond consent thereto and file such consent in
writing with the Head of the Finance Department of the City of Saint Paul; and it is
FURTHER ORDERED, That the City of Saint Paul hereby waives all claim for liquidated
damages and that no engineering and inspection costs on this project will be charged
to the Contractor for such extended period.
