ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER
ADMINISTRATIVE V ORDER, In the matter of Finance Contract L-7581 for Lighting in
the Summit - Qniv. Renewal Area, City Project No. M-0553, Peoples Electirc Co. ,
Contractor, the specified date of completion is June 15, 1973, and due to delays
caused by material shortage the contractor was not able to complete the contract
by said date cif completion, it is hereby
ORDERED, That the City of Saint Paul , through its Mayor, extends the time of com-
pletion to Seotember 30, 1973, provided however, that this Order shall have no force
or effect unless the sureties on the Contractor's bond consent thereto and file such
consent in wr ting with the Head of the Finance Department of the City of Saint Paul ;
and it is
FURTHER ORDER D, That the City of Saint Paul hereby waives all claim for liquidated
damages and that no engineering and inspection costs on this project will be charged
to the Contractor for such extended period.
